1. Dashen Bank invites all eligible and interested bidders for procurement of the under listed works.

2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download of the biding document via https://bids.extratenders.net/bids-shop/dashen-bank-sc/ and via https://dashen.afrotender.com/ or afrotender.com to access the biding document by having paid Non-refundable fee ETB 200.00 (Birr Two Hundred only) for each LOT starting from October 10, 2023.
3. Copy of renewed Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.
4. Bidders shall be presented as a bid security for each lot in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier’s payment order (CPO) or) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.
5. Bidders must submit the TECHNICAL and the FINANCIAL OFFER in separate envelopes in duplicate copies labeled as original and copy accompanied by a bid security in an acceptable form as stated in the bidding document.
6. The sealed bid document shall be placed in the box prepared for this purpose on November 7, 2023, up to 5:00 PM at the place mentioned under No. 7 below.
7. Bid opening shall be conducted in the presence of the bidder’s or their legal representative at Dashen Bank Head quarter building, 7th floor, Supply Chain Management Department, meeting hall, on November 8, 2023 @ 2:00 PM afternoon.8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from No. 2 to 6 shall result in automatic rejection.
9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
