1.  Ethio telecom intends to sign a one time  contract with the finally awarded bidder(s).

Hence, we are pleased to invite all interested and eligible bidders to this Open

International Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Procurement of international architectural and engineering consulting firms for Ethio telecom Smart Headquarters & Multi-Complex Project with Reference number SCD/SD/CWSS/923/26. The Tender remains floating from August 10, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

Bid documents can be obtained from ethio telecom’s web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com.et and www.2merkato.com Upon registration of all necessary information without any payment In addition.

a)    Anti-bribery pledge form.

b)    Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year (for local bidders only)

c)    Bidders should have VAT registration certificate (for local bidders only)

2.     Bid proposal will be received at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room   No. 206, before or on August 31, 2026 until 5:30 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date shall not be accepted.                                                                                                  

3.     Bids received in time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on September 01, 2026, at 10:00 A.M, at ethio telecom, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.205.  

4.     No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he acquired to participate under this invitation.

5.     Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.

6. Interested bidders are expected to register their companies in the below link while participating in ethio telecom bids.
