Ethio telecom intends to sign contract with the finally awarded bidder/bidders. Hence, we are pleased to invite all interested and eligible bidders by this Open International Competitive Bid for the procurement of Advanced Cloud Engineer IT Professional Program (Advanced); Data-Driven Decision Making & Telecom Analytics (Advanced); IoT Solutions (Advanced and Expert), and Swagger and the Open API Specification (Advanced and Expert) with RFQ No 4285882. The Tender remains floating from  August 28, 2026, to September 16, 2026.

Bid documents can be obtained from web sites www.afrotender.com, www.extratenders.com.et and www.2merkato.com upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Birr two hundred only) by using tele birr payment platform.

2 . Interested bidders are expected to fulfill the Requirements stated here below:

a)    Availability of Bid Security.

b)    Availability of Letter of Authorization to sign the bid offers.

c)    Anti-bribery pledge form.

d)    Bidders should have a valid and renewed trade license for the year.

e)    Bidders should have VAT Registration Certificate.

f)    All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security for Birr 200,000.00 (ETB Two Hundred Thousand only) If participated for all training types. But if bidder(s) who wish to participate in the bid partially on training type bases, the bid security shall be in the amount of Birr 50,000.00 (Birr Fifty thousand only) for each training.

g)  The bid bond shall be furnished in one of the following forms: -

     a)    Certified Cheque /CPO issued by a recognized domestic bank or

     b)    Bond issued by and/or confirmed through a recognized /reputable domestic bank.

   2.1 The Bank that issues the bond as per 2 (b) above shall unequivocally guarantee to pay the purchaser immediately upon the first written demand of payment. The Purchaser’s written demand of payment shall not be subject to any condition whatsoever.

  2.2   The bond issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the content stated under the Clause here above on the issued bond.

  2.3   Sealed bids marked as: “Advanced Cloud Engineer IT Professional Program (Advanced); Data-Driven Decision Making & Telecom Analytics (Advanced); IoT Solutions (Advanced and Expert), and Swagger and the Open API Specification (Advanced and Expert) with RFQ No 4285882 and be addressed to:

3. Bid proposal will be received at the Churchill Road, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room   No.211B, before or on to September 16, 2026 until 5:00 P.M. Bids presented by any bidder after the closing date and time shall not be accepted.                                                4. Bids received on time and fulfilling the other formalities shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives on September 17, 2026, at 10:00 A.M, at Churchill Road, Head Quarter 2nd Floor, Room No.210. 

5. Bidders are seriously advised to read and comply with the instructions provided in this bidding document.

6.  No one is allowed to duplicate or transfer the bidding document that she/he                         Acquired to participate under this invitation.     

 7. Interested bidders are expected to register their companies in the below link while                 participating in Ethio telecom bids.
